yes it works, I have to do the same. hated to go, had a very bad experience as a child, when you gas chambers, but its just that I was in one way or another. I used about 20 minutes before going to the appointment went, and like a child's game, it really made me realize that there really do not have to worry about, and now I have n 't have to. Be careful when your driving only! And not over do it!
I went to surgery for removal of the pier and I took 6 mg of diazepam and I assure you it does not work at all. Sorry, but it did not work for me. Good luck, and try to go to ..... Hypnotherapy
